Sharpen the ICP. Run 30+ customer conversations. Lock pricing, packaging, and the first repeatable sales motion.

Week 6–8

Build & Ship

Production hardening. First paying Arizona customers. Operational playbook for hiring your first 5 employees.

Week 9–10

Fundraise Prep

Data room, narrative, financial model. Warm intros to seed funds across Phoenix, the Bay, and NYC.

Week 11

Investor Roadshow

Curated 1:1 meetings with 40+ partners. Live coaching between pitches.

Week 12

Demo Day

200+ investors, 50+ enterprise buyers, statewide press. Held at the Orpheum in downtown Phoenix.
